> Application of membrane switch, panel, silicone key, PCBA and whole machine manufacturing in the field of measuring instruments

In the current global measurement field, a variety of thin-film buttons and thin-film switch products are widely used as operation key panels for measuring instruments. Many measuring instruments have function operation control buttons to control their functions. Some instruments and equipment are used indoors, and some are used outdoors, in the sun and rain. Sometimes, these measuring instruments and equipment will be used in very humid, dark and even corrosive environment. In this way, in addition to the conventional requirements, the membrane switch products on these instruments and equipment also need to have the harsh requirements of corrosion resistance, UV resistance, waterproof, high reliability and so on.

1) Waterproof and anti ultraviolet membrane switch solution:

Our membrane switch panel is made of imported autotex Xe series pet material. For example, xe-f200, xe-f150, xe-v200, xe-v150. At the same time, we use waterproof sealing ring structure or hot pressing waterproof structure, and PCB or FPC circuit to meet these stringent requirements;

2) Silicone key switch solution:

As the name suggests, the first layer of the switch, which we call the panel layer, is replaced by silicone keys. We can print spray and radium engraving on the silicone keys. At the same time, we can use the whole surface spray frosted, corrosion-resistant, friction resistant and UV resistant PU. The circuit part still adopts the waterproof ring structure or hot press welding technology to meet the customer's requirements.
