> Application of membrane switch, membrane key, membrane panel, silica gel key and PCBA in aviation, navigation and military fields

1) Membrane switch, membrane key products:

1.1) the surface material must be imported PET material with high quality, corrosion resistance and UV resistance;

1.2) the structure of the whole membrane switch product must meet the standard of IP65 or NEMA-4 or even higher;

1.3) FPC or PCB lines with higher reliability should be used instead of pet lines with printed silver wires;

1.4) after the membrane switch is assembled on the client equipment, all openings need to be sealed;

1.5) do a good job in daily inspection. Once any functional failure is found, new products should be replaced immediately to prevent potential hazards;

2) Silicone key switch:

2.1) using high quality imported silica gel raw materials;

2.2) secondary vulcanization process is adopted;

2.3) the surrounding of the silicone button needs to be designed as a wrapping structure to wrap the lower part of the line inside;

2.4) use FPC or PCB circuit instead of pet circuit;

2.5) the surface of silicone keys needs Pu spraying treatment;

2.6) after the membrane switch is assembled on the client equipment, all openings need to be sealed

2.7) do a good job in daily inspection. Once any functional failure is found, new products should be replaced immediately to prevent potential hazards;

Silicone button itself has a good touch and durability, generally speaking, it is not easy to damage. End users need to pay close attention to the lower line. Once the line problem is found, it is necessary to replace it with new products or replace part of the line;
